Fun Wedding Plans

Dulwich Picture Gallery wedding ceremony

“We’re planning to arrive at Dulwich Picture Gallery at 3pm for a short ceremony in their Linbury room at 3.30pm. We’re expecting approximately 100 guests.

A good friend of ours will be acting as a celebrant as we’ll already be legally married by then.
The ceremony should be fairly entertaining with two short readings, a sing-along song to Elton John’s ‘Your Song’, promises and personal vows.

After the confetti throw, we’ll have a pianist playing pop covers with canapes and fizz served in the gardens for an hour and a half.”

Tanner Warehouse wedding reception

‘We’ve hired two London wedding buses to take everyone to Tanner Warehouse in Bermondsey. There will bedrinks and music on the buses to keep us hydrated and entertained. It’s about a 30-minute ride so the evening event will start around 6.30pm.
We’re having a sit down meal followed by four speeches and then a band and later on a D.J. set.
It will probably go on until 2am but we wouldn’t expect you to stay the duration, everyone will look way too drunk to be photographed!!”

Relaxed fun wedding photography

“The vibe we want is informal, relaxed, modern.
My partner Roseanne is slightly camera-shy (!) so we want to focus on low-stress informal ‘candid’ snaps. Your couple photos proposal sounds fun, though.

Regarding group pictures, we have discussed with close family and no one wants the orchestrated family photos, so don’t worry about that! We’d rather you focus on unposed, fun pictures.

Roseanne will be getting ready at the Dixon Hotel with her best friends and her mum. So some ‘getting ready’ shots would be great.”
